​As you explore the offerings of this Site remember: There is no longer any excuse or rationalization that you can use to put off actually getting with it and training. The only thing you need is . . . you. Your goal in training should be your well-being, safety, and freedom from interference from troublemaking human garbage; and, should worse come to worse, a capability of successfully stopping such living trash physically. But you don’t want it to come to that if you can avoid it. 

What You Will Be Taught

Reduce and eliminate physical attacks on yourself. 
Our number one technique is avoidance.  With the confidence that you develop in our training videos, along with good tactics, you make yourself less of a target. If the attack cannot be avoided, our videos go over every facet of attacks to ensure that you drop the attacker and escape.

We will teach you self confidence in your abilities to defend yourself. 
These tactics apply to all scenarios whether they take place on a normal day or a life-threatening encounter. 

Multiple assailant counters and tactics.
Our multiple assailant counterattacks are adaptable to a variety of different circumstances. Our multiple assailant counterattacks are based on the deployment of the attackers, not the minutiae of each attack therefore making quick reactions a snap.

Counters against weapon bearing assailants.
This includes handguns, rifles, knives, and clubs.

How to deal with attacks from the rear.
Rear attacks are one of the most dangerous situations that an individual can encounter and are never needed or dealt with in competition.

How to use improvised weapons. 
There are often items close by that can be used to enhance your ability to disable your attacker and escape. Remember, there are no rules in self defense.  The only reason to defend yourself empty handed is because you don't have access to a weapon. Never fight fair.
